State of the farm...It seems we skipped spring and went straight to summer. We are enjoying the warm, dry weather lately, which has enabled us to get a lot accomplished outdoors. After the harsh winter that lasted almost eight months, we'll take the warm weather any day. What's available now? We currently have most fresh pork cuts, including chops, roasts, ribs, and fresh belly. See our pork page for more details. We are also running a limited-time special on whole hogs for your freezer or for your next barbecue. Please contact us for special pricing. We are pleased to announce that our farm has passed a third-party animal welfare audit, administered by the Global Animal Partnership. We were granted GAP Step 3, which you can read about here.
