We have been raising sheep for about four years now, and are gradually building our flock. We chose to raise purebred Icelandic lamb, for its gourmet meat and incredible wool. We have also fallen in love with these beautiful, gentle, trusting creatures. You can find all about Icelandic lamb at the Icelandic Sheep Breeders of North America.
This year we have a limited number of lambs available for sale, which will be ready around Christmas time. Lambs are sold as whole animals only, so if you only want a half-lamb, please bring along a friend for the other half. This cut sheet explains the options available in lamb processing, as well as the costs to you. If you would like to order a lamb, please contact us to check availability. Then print the cut sheet, fill it out, and mail it back to us. If you have the ability to scan and send the cut sheet by email, that's easier for us.
